Claims should be reported promptly to your agent/broker and subsequently to ComStar General Insurance Solutions in accordance with your policy using the general claim forms available below or from your Agent/Broker.
Include the policy number and the Named Insured as it appears on the policy Declarations Page when submitting a claim.
